Shipping Refunds
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive at all, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and any relevant photos or information.
Under applicable consumer protection laws, customers are entitled to a refund or replacement if:
- the shipment is lost during delivery,
- the product arrives damaged,
- the wrong item was delivered, or
- the goods cannot be delivered due to an error on our side.
Refunds for approved claims will be issued using the original payment method within 14 business days after verification.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable once the order has been successfully delivered, unless the return or cancellation is caused by our error.
- Delays caused by the shipping carrier alone do not automatically qualify for a refund.
- Customers are responsible for providing a correct delivery address. Additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect address information may not be refundable.
